What we do

Each month, we focus on one real-life theme or topic, like overthinking, reactivity, relationships, or emotional overwhelm.

Together, we:

  • Notice the pattern
  • Understand what’s happening internally and with others
  • Practice a small shift in how we respond

Just real life, slowed down.
