OWN Your Next Chapter is a grounded monthly space for women who want support, perspective, and practical ways to navigate what’s next—without overthinking or starting over.
Not theory. Not reinvention hype.
Real life. Real patterns. Real change.
What this is:
This is not group therapy.
And it’s not surface-level self-help or a major overhaul.
It’s a grounded, thoughtful space where high functioning women come together to reflect honestly, and learn how to make small meaningful shifts in real life.
Each month we use the OWN framework to work with real patterns in real time:
noticing what’s actually driving your reactions
seeing it with more clarity (not judgement) and through a new lens
and making one small shift that changes how you move through your week
Monthly themes include:
* Reinvention and identity shifts
* Relationships and boundaries
* Anxiety and overthinking
* Grief and change
* Confidence and self-trust
* Meaning, purpose, and what comes next
Who its for:
This space is for women who:
* Look capable on the outside but feel stretched thin underneath
* Keep repeating patterns they’re tired of

* Feel ready for something new but aren’t sure what
* Crave thoughtful connection with other smart women in a similar season of life
